WWE has announced that NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II will take place at the Empress Ballroom on Sunday, January 12. The show will stream live on the WWE Network.
Tickets will go on sale this coming Monday at 10 a.m. GMT.

At today’s NXT UK television tapings in Hull, it was announced that TakeOver: Blackpool II will take place in 2020.
The first TakeOver: Blackpool was held at the Empress Ballroom on January 12 of this year. It was NXT UK’s first TakeOver event and was headlined by Pete Dunne retaining the WWE United Kingdom Championship against Joe Coffey, with WALTER debuting and confronting Dunne after the main event.
Cardiff, Wales hosted NXT UK’s second TakeOver special on August 31. After winning the WWE UK title in April, WALTER retained against Tyler Bate at TakeOver: Cardiff.
Toni Storm won the NXT UK Women’s Championship from Rhea Ripley at the first TakeOver: Blackpool and then dropped it to Kay Lee Ray at TakeOver: Cardiff.
NXT UK will be back at Hull Bonus Arena tomorrow to close out two straight nights of TV tapings.
