During the attack, the 44-year-old said her phone was stolen. She said she followed the suspects to an upstairs apartment, yelling at them to give her phone back, police said.

Police said two of the people accused of attacking the 44-year-old were victims of an armed robbery earlier in the night at Calendar and Washington avenues. They were held up at gunpoint, police said.

A couple of hours after the attack, the 44-year-old called the police department saying the suspects slid her phone under her front doorway, according to the report.

The police report did not indicate that any arrests had been made.
