The newlyweds confirmed their husband and wife status with photos from their pre-wedding Mehendi ceremony, a Hindu wedding ritual that happens one day before the couple says, “I do.”
While we don’t have photos of Priyanka’s custom Ralph Lauren wedding dress just yet, we can only imagine its grandeur after seeing what she wore to the friends and family celebration.

The multicolor ensemble came complete with a melange of embroidered patterns and flamenco sleeves — perfect for dancing the night away, which the actress demonstrated by twirling in a beautiful courtyard.

Meanwhile, Nick kept it simple in light linen pants and a matching tunic shirt.
Also in attendance? Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, who is engaged to Nick’s brother Joe. In one photo from the festivities, she seems to be enjoying herself next to the blushing bride-to-be, wearing a black crop top with a gold motif and dramatic chandelier earrings.

“One of the most special things that our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other’s faiths and cultures,” Jonas and Chopra both captioned their posts on Instagram.
“And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing. An important part for the girl in an Indian wedding is the Mehendi. Once again we made it our own and it was an afternoon that kicked off the celebrations in the way we both dreamed.”
