Jason Jordan Provides Injury Update; Remains Optimistic About Returning To Wrestling

Former SmackDown Tag Team Champion, Jason Jordan has provided an update on his status following his severe neck injury on Twitter.

The former American Alpha member has been out of action for nearly a year after suffering a neck injury prior to the 2018 Royal Rumble and he hasn’t been seen on WWE Television since then.

It was initially expected that Jordan wouldn’t be out of action for too long, but it quickly became clear that his injury was much more serious than first thought with several reports stating that he may never wrestle again.

Jordan was in the midst of a major storyline as Kurt Angle’s illegitimate child and has been seen backstage at shows where he has been learning the ropes in some producing roles.

This week, Jordan made his first real statement in regards to how he is feeling, stating that he’s ready to attack the week and make some major improvements. He added that he’s been trying to keep his eye on the prize and look at the bigger picture and stated that he is still on the road to recovery and that he is very optimistic about being back where he belongs.
