ROB GRONKOWSKI ARRIVES

We kick off tonight’s WWE SmackDown with Rob Gronkowski, who is the host of this year’s two-night WWE WrestleMania 36. However, before we get him out, Mojo Rawley is here slapping Michael Cole around again, stating that he needs to get hyped.

Mojo then does a really obnoxious introduction and Gronk then makes his way out doing some…interesting dancing. Gronk says he has been watching since the second grade, and he has been watching from the FCW Arena to support Mojo Rawley.

He says he has been to sold-out WrestleMania’s and now he will host one with nobody around, but he is hyped. Mojo says he is here to watch Gronk’s back and Gronk says he also has his back. The two men then hit each other with chops until King Corbin makes his way out.

He says Gronk is setting himself up for failure by taking advice from Mojo, but as King he expects Gronk to bow down to him. However, Gronk says they don’t do that. Corbin points out that Gronk is used to wearing pads and helmets and he is bigger and stronger than Gronk and he had better fall in line, or he will make sure the part is over.

They are then interrupted by Elias who delivers a song for Corbin which trashes the King of the Ring winner, as expected. Corbin puts an end to the moment and goes head to head with Gronk. However, that doesn’t end well for him as Mojo kneels down behind him as Gronk simply pushes him over.

Elias then gets into the ring and launches Corbin out as Gronk says that he doesn’t have the power to make matches, but he is advocating that Elias and King Corbin have a match at WrestleMania 36.

DANIEL BRYAN & DREW GULAK vs SHINSUKE NAKAMURA & CESARO

This match kickstarts with Daniel Bryan and Shinsuke Nakamura locking up, but Bryan quickly brings in Drew Gulak who is instantly sent to the opposite corner as Cesaro catches him with a few body blows. Gulak manages to keep hold of Cesaro’s leg to bring in Bryan again, but Cesaro then turns things around yet again.

He hits several uppercuts, but Daniel Bryan manages to send Nakamura out of the ring after a tag as he follows it up with a suicide dive. However, as Bryan turns his attention back to Cesaro, he is caught in mid-air from the top rope as Cesaro turns it into a backbreaker as he then hits Gulak with a big boot.

Cesaro and Nakamura then continue the attack in their corner, isolating Bryan. Cesaro powers up Daniel Bryan as he then launches him across the ring, which gets a near fall. Cesaro then hits several running uppercuts in each corner, but Bryan manages to reverse with a dropkick and Gulak tags in.

He instantly attacks Nakamura with a big dropkick and then several body shots as he launches Nakamura with a German suplex. Gulak attempts the Gulock, but Shinsuke manages to get out and follow up with an enziguri as Cesaro hits another huge uppercut.

Bryan manages to stop the pinfall attempt, but he is just attacked by both of his opponents as he gets dumped out of the ring. Nakamura tries to connect with a running knee, but Gulak avoids it and follows up with a big clothesline.

However, there is nobody for him to tag which allows Cesaro to return to the ring and unload with uppercuts once again. Drew finally tags in Bryan and he and Drew work together efficiently to get the win. Gulak keeps hold of Cesaro as Bryan jumps in from the top rope and hits a sunset flip roll through, with Drew stopping Nakamura from getting involved.

Winners: Daniel Bryan & Drew Gulak
