HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Occupants trapped in an overturned vehicle were rescued by firefighters on Friday in Hillsborough.
At 08:36 a.m., Hillsborough Police Officers went to the area of Triangle Road and South Triangle Road for the report of a motor vehicle crash with an overturned vehicle.
The driver of a Ford Escape was making a left turn from Triangle Road westbound when it was hit by a Mitsubishi Eclipse traveling eastbound, said Hillsborough Police Captain Scott W. Mc Carthy.

The Ford overturned and the occupants needed help getting out from Hillsborough Fire Department, said Mc Carthy.
Triangle Road was closed for a brief period of time for the investigation and clean-up. Triangle Road has since reopened.

There were no serious injuries reported, and the crash is still under investigation.
