mobanmarketAccording to Le Parisien, PSG are planning to sign Arsenal attacker Alexis Sanchez this summer in a move that would see them rid of Uruguayan frontman Edinson Cavani.
The 28-year-old Chilean international is good friends with Neymar and is a player that the Brazilian put on his wish-list of PSG signings when he arrived in the capital this summer. Sanchez can play out wide, or as a central striker. Talks between the two parties were very advanced this summer, running at the same time as the negotiations for the eventual signature of Neymar.
The only reason that PSG withdraw from a possible deal was that they understood that a deal for Kylian Mbappé had become a strong possibility. Sanchez was put aside temporarily, but discussions between the two parties have yet to cease.
The Chilean remains interested in the Paris project, but is ultimately currently hesitating between PSG and Manchester City.

In their continued pursuit to balance the books in the face of tightening Financial Fair Play regulations, Sporting Director Antero Henrique is strongly considering the sale of Cavani. Neymar and the Uruguayan are not close, even if the penalty fiasco has now been resolved. Cavani’s departure would install Mbappé as the central striker.
