PSG follows the rest of Ligue 1 in moving their staff into partial unemployment

Ligue 1 side PSG have today announced that they have followed virtually every other French top flight side into moving their staff to partial unemployment, which sees them receive 70% of their current wages owing to the fact that there is diminished work during this COVID-19 pandemic.

In exchange for doing so and not laying anybody off, PSG will receive 4.5 times the minimum wage from the French government.

It is currently unclear whether or not PSG intend to extend this measure to their playing staff as well.
