The 25-year-old flew to Milan this evening following a day of title celebrations with Les Dogues.
Tomorrow, he will undergo a medical with AC Milan ahead of a €15m move. Maignan has 12 months remaining on his current contract with Les Dogues. His contract is expected to run for 4 years.
