World Heavyweight title match set for WWE Money in the Bank

Two new matches have been made official for Money in the Bank on July 1 in London.

Seth Rollins will put the World Heavyweight title on the line against Finn Balor. Another match will have Cody Rhodes take on Dominik Mysterio.

On Raw Monday, Balor confronted Rollins, blaming him for having to vacate the Universal title back in 2016 and having to take a year off due to injury. He issued the challenge for London. Rollins accepted, telling Balor that while the bitter shell of a former champion Balor didn’t have any chance against him, the Balor that beat him with one arm in 2016 did.

After Rhea Ripley was given the new Women’s World Heavyweight title at the start of Monday's raw, Mysterio came out to celebrate with Ripley, putting the championship around her waist. Rhodes came out and confronted Mysterio after he sucker punched Rhodes last week. Rhodes issued the challenge to Mysterio, with Ripley accepting on Mysterio’s behalf. After Rhodes’ opponent for the night The Miz came in to attack Rhodes, Mysterio sucker punched Rhodes again before bailing.
