For Immediate Release:

Episode 5 of “The Matt Riviera Show” hosted by 3x NWA World Tag Team Champion & Reality TV star, “The LVR Boy” Matt Riviera, is now available exclusively on YouTube.

Matt’s guest this week is Dave Palumbo, retired bodybuilder & “Nutritionist” to Triple H, Stephanie McMahon & Stone Cold Steve Austin. Palumbo is a controversial figure who was charged & served time in prison for distributing fake HGH. In this interview, Palumbo makes the bombshell claim that WWE wrestlers are allowed to take growth hormones, such as HGH & Testosterone, under the WWE Wellness Policy

In this clip, Matt attempts to get answers from Palumbo about Triple H’s potential steroid use.

Not just a “wrestling” podcast, this show not only covers the Pro Wrestling genre, but features a diverse discussion of many topics & includes guests from a variety of backgrounds.

On the subject of training Triple H, and what The Game has done to get his body in shape, special guest Palumbo had the following to say:

“Very disciplined. Eating, supplementation, he’s very meticulous. Joe DeFranco trains him every night, goes to his house. First of all, wrestlers can’t take drugs, beyond hormone replacements, they get drug tested. It’s a very, very strict drug testing policy there. The good thing about wrestling, because it’s not a professional sport per say, it’s more entertainment, they’re allowed to take hormone replacement…They can get testosterone replacement, 100mg…they can get HGH if they want, those are acceptable, and a lot of the wrestlers do do it.”

Update on 10/16 at 5:45pm: WWE has since issued the following statement responding to the above claims made by Palumbo:

“WWE’s comprehensive Talent Wellness Policy, which is administered by an independent, third-party, clearly states hGH and hCG are among a long list of banned substances, however, due to certain medical conditions, there are a variety of therapeutic exemptions that account for approximately 7% of our contracted talent.”
