The show starts with the return of commentator Phil Colvin, who returned to talk about his fallen friend. He invited the family of Jim Lynam to the ring, and his brother, father, and son come to the ring to talk about Jim and his love for the business and the fans. His father recalls taking Jim to shows when he was a kid. He wishes everyone the best and thanks everyone. Great moment.

1st ROUND TOURNAMENT MATCH: DJZ vs. ACE ROMERO
Really fun match here, as I didn’t know how these two would fare together with clashing styles, but these two made it work. It was a story of the big man vs. the little man, and Ace Romero had the advantage for much of the match. DJZ threw a lot of stuff at him, including a splash to him on the outside in the crowd, but Ace caught him and threw him around like a rag doll. DJZ did start the match with a dive over the turnbuckle to the outside, and he closed it out with a top rope ZDT to pick up the victory.
