That’s right, Dave “The Animal” Batista will join two-time WWE Hall of Famer the “Nature Boy” Ric Flair, 14-time world champion “The Game” Triple H and the blue brand’s own “Viper” Randy Orton to celebrate the 1,000th episode of Smackdown in just three weeks time.
Fans got to see a brief return of Evolution in 2014, sans Flair, as the legendary super group teamed up to battle The Shield. However, this will be the first time since Orton’s exile in 2004 that all four charter members of the faction will be back together, on the same side, sharing the same ring.
Smackdown 1000 comes to us live on October 16th from the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. Also scheduled to appear is The Undertaker, Jeff Hardy and of course the regular Tuesday night roster.
