As expected following Friday’s strong presale numbers, AEW sold out their remaining allotment of tickets for the Friday, August 20th Rampage show at Chicago’s United Center in just four minutes on Monday morning.
According to Dave Meltzer, they sold 13,600 tickets.

Tagged “The First Dance,” the show is expected to feature the debut of CM Punk — the first advertised appearance for the Chicago native on a pro wrestling show since he left WWE eight years ago. Along with the one-hour Rampage live show, it’s expected they will tape either Dark or Dark: Elevation matches that night as well.
More than 12,000 tickets were sold during Friday’s presale which put the probability of selling out the remaining tickets Monday very high.
That means two of AEW’s four Chicagoland area events in a three week stretch are sold out (All Out). That leaves the go-home Dynamite and Rampage, both at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, as the only two shows where tickets are still available.
