Despite not being announced for All Elite Wrestling yet, Scurll is expected to join the promotion once his contract with Ring Of Honor comes to an end, but his new shirt represents the fact he is without them for the next few months.

Cody Rhodes Gives An Update On His Knee
Cody Rhodes revealed after Wrestle Kingdom 13 that he is set for knee surgery, but he gave a more detailed response to his situation on Twitter today.
Cody stated that his knee is shot and he shouldn’t even be walking on it as he has multiple meniscus tears. He added that he’s got a great doctor and the scope has a short recovery time.
