Maverick, who has been teasing a big announcement all day, has revealed that the tournament will feature eight of 205 Live’s top talents, with the winner going on to WrestleMania 35 to challenge Murphy for the Cruiserweight Championship.

This is the second year in a row WWE has used a tournament on 205 Live to determine the Cruiserweight Championship match at WrestleMania, with last year creating the Mustafa Ali vs Cedric Alexander match after the championship was made vacant due to Enzo Amore being released.
