PWInsider.com has stated that Jeff was backstage during the show and he is reportedly also set to be backstage next week as well, which could be a sign he is being prepared to join the blue roster.
Hardy has recently visited the WWE Performance Center to be tested by the medical team in order to prepare him for a return, and it remains to be seen how long he will be out for.
Jeff will have longer on his WWE contract than his brother due to the period of time he missed through injury, with WWE often using this as a reason to add time to peoples deals.
