Rusev vs. R-Truth

We go back to the ring where Rusev makes his way out by himself, carrying a big Russian flag. As he makes his way to the ring, we head to a commercial break.

When we return from the break, we see the cast of Entourage coming out of a limosine. We return back to the ring where we see higlights of Rusev and Lana’s recent issues.

Finally, Rusev’s opponent — R-Truth — makes his way to the ring. The bell rings and here we go.

It doesn’t take long before Rusev is dominating the action. In fact, “The Bulgarian Brute” wastes no time, getting Truth down and immediately applying The Accolade to him, forcing the submission and the tap out.

Winner: Rusev

Rusev, Lana & Dolph Ziggler Segment

After the match, Rusev gets on the microphone and demands that Lana comes to the ring. He says “we need to talk” and even says “please” when asking her to come out. On that note, we head to a commercial break.

When we return from the break, Rusev is still in the ring asking for Lana to come out. Finally, Lana’s music hits and out she comes to the ring. Lana says he asked her to come and now she’s waiting to hear what he has to say. Rusev says he knows Lana cares about him no matter what has happened. Rusev says he knows Lana wants to crush America and the American spirit just as bad as he does.

The fans boo and start a “U.S.A.” chant. Rusev asks Lana to take his hand and all will be forgotten. Fans chant “no” as Rusev tries to convince her. They finally hug and Lana doesn’t look so sure. They raise their arms and fans boo. Rusev wants Lana to say three words — “I Was Wrong.”

Lana doesn’t seem to want to say these words and looks upset and turns to walk out of the ring. Rusev yells for her to come back and admit everything was her fault, then everything will be back to normal. Lana says she was not wrong, Rusev did say he quits at Payback. Rusev yells that she’s a liar and he never quits. He says she needs to know her place. Rusev says he owns Lana and tells her to get back here. Lana just looks at him from the apron but comes back into the ring. Lana says no, Rusev is a liar and a quitter. She says he’s so cowardly he can’t take responsibility for his own actions.

Lana says she belongs to no one. She says she’s no longer Rusev’s victim. Lana says he’s never going to listen to Rusev’s caveman crap again, drops the mic and walks off as fans pop. Rusev throws a fit and out comes Dolph Ziggler to meet Lana on the stage. Rusev watches on as Lana and Ziggler start making out again, much like last week. Rusev goes nuts in the ring.

Backstage: Dean Ambrose Gets Arrested

Backstage, we see Triple H, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose, when the camera man that Ambrose accidentally knocked down shows up with two off-duty police officers. The camera man says to the officers what happened, and The Authority asks if he wants to press charges. Ultimately, he says he does. The officers put Ambrose in handcuffs and takes him away.
