Dean Ambrose was supposed to be the second pick to drive home the value of the WWE title and Seth Rollins was to follow at the third overall pick and John Cena the fourth pick.
– Randy Orton is expected to eventually feud with AJ Styles as the top face on the Smackdown brand as John Cena isn’t going to be wrestling at the house shows.
– There has been some internal discussion in WWE about having more squash matches on TV. Those arguing in favor feel these types of matches are better at getting new talent over.
