The Hardy Boyz managed to get the wrestling world buzzing when they both teased that something had “awoken” from within them. The new phrase seemed to have some reminisces of the old “Broken” personas that made the brothers so popular last year. Despite this, they were nowhere to be found on last night’s Raw show to followup the angle. Wrestlezone is reporting now that they were not brought in due to The Revival’s Scott Dawson recently tearing his bicep. The injury is devastating enough that it may require a few months of surgery. The two teams were set to have a match at SummerSlam, but now the plans for The Hardy Boyz is unknown.
One of the aspects that has defined The Rock throughout his entire career is his brahma bull tattoo. The Rock has had the tattoo for about as long as he has been in the entertainment industry, and that may be about to change. On his official Instagram account, The Rock uploaded a new video showing that his signature tattoo is in the process of being altered. “I got this tattoo when I was just a kid. Now I need it to reflect me as a man. All my ink is a rite of passage and spiritual and the MANA (power and spirit) has to be right before we begin.” He said. No word on this is the end of the bull or not, but The Rock does claim that this is the next step in the “evolution of the bull.”
After turning his back on his Golden Truth partner R-Truth earlier this year, Goldust has reverted back into his old Hollywood gimmick. On last night’s Raw, Goldust appeared in one of his classic vignettes stating that he will be appearing at SummerSlam to look for a “hero, villain, or beautiful starlet.” It appears that a new tag team partner or protege for the wrestling veteran could be revealed at the SummerSlam show later this month. Word on who that person may be has not been revealed as of yet. Either way, Goldust does appear to be continuing his career renaissance, and now he may be doing it with someone new by his side.
