Is there a chance WWE is finally giving Dana Brooke a shot to see what she can do on Raw?
Brooke hasn’t been afforded many opportunities and TV time since her promotion from the NXT roster. She’s mainly been a part of tag team matches, part of the group getting over Raw Women’s Champ Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks and Bayley and generally being fodder in No. 1 contender match scenarios.
After Raw last night from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Brooke crashed a staged press conference for Titus Worldwide, the stable celebrating Akira Tozawa’s upcoming title shot against current Cruiserweight Champ Neville. Brooke expressed interest in becoming a part of the stable.
There’s been mixed results so far for Titus O’Neil’s brand-managed talent. Tozawa has received a major push on both Raw and 205 Live, while Apollo Crews has remained an afterthought on the crowded Raw roster.
It would seem odd for WWE to film a segment with Brooke and Titus Worldwide unless they are considering her as part of the stable as a way to possibly get her more high-profile opportunities.
