mobanmarketLast Tuesday night on SmackDown Live, we saw Charlotte beat Natalya to become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion. Due to Charlotte winning the title, she was removed from the Women’s SmackDown Team for the 5-on-5 Elimination Match for this Sunday’s Survivor Series PPV.
The final member of the Women’s SmackDown Team was initially believed to be Natalya, but because of her loss to Charlotte, it has been reported that she will not be taking the spot. According to WWE, that person will be revealed on Sunday during the actual PPV. It was previously reported that Paige will be revealed as the final member of the Women’s SmackDown Team. Paige was originally planned to return to SmackDown Live as part of the women’s roster, but then was reportedly moved to return on Raw, which of course never happened.
