Sin Cara acknowledged the injury on Twitter, writing (translated):
“Due to an knee injury I could not participate today in #WWELisbon. Apologies to those who attended. I hope to see you again soon.”
“For those who say it’s only entertainment.We love this sport and we put ourselves at risk for it every day.”
According to f4wonline.com, Sin Cara got the green light from a WWE doctor earlier today and won’t miss any more ring time.
