mobanmarketThere appears to be some conflicting reports backstage on the injury status of Big Cass. WWE has been allowing him to wrestle at all the house shows lately but he has been limping around and pretty much doing the same spots. Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez discussed his situation on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program and wondered if he has perhaps tweaked his knee but that the injury isn’t serious enough to take him off the road and out of matches.
They also mentioned that there have been reports that Cass has also been limping around backstage which would either mean that his injury is legitimate or that he is trying to work everyone in the back as well.
WWE was reportedly passing around a bunch of Sting masks prior to last Tuesday night’s episode of Smackdown Live in Worcester. It is not known why they did that, other than possibly they have a ton of those masks on hand, but this led to many fans thinking that Sting would be appearing on the show.
