John Pollock from Post Wrestling confirmed this evening that Cena is expected to be at tomorrow’s show. He hasn’t been seen on television since WrestleMania, when he appeared in his old Doctor of Thuganomics character to confront Elias.
Cena has mostly focusing on his film career, which includes upcoming roles in The Suicide Squad and the ninth Fast and Furious film. He hasn’t wrestled since early January of this year, when he lost a #1 contenders Universal title match on Raw.
Raw Reunion tomorrow is slated to have a huge amount of special appearances including Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Eve Torres, Melina, Sid Vicious and Eric Bischoff among others. The build to SummerSlam will also continue, as Seth Rollins vs. Brock Lesnar and Becky Lynch vs. Natalya were made official last week.
Raw Reunion will be held at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
