While Rob’s title is a bit confusing, the video explains it well. Amazon’s “Prime Now” service is a 1-2 hour delivery service and would make sense for getting items to people who move around a lot and don’t have a regular address, but that’s not the only way to use Amazon.
You could find homeless people on the sidewalk or just know a neighbor in need of basic necessities. Perhaps an elderly person or struggling family.
